Eelko is custom typeface designed for Netherlands company that is expert in project management and strategic consulting. Our task was to design custom typeface that would be used for titles in their presentations and website.
The idea was to use hexagonal shape from Eelko's logo in order to design single weight conceptual display typeface that should work in pair with another font family they already use.
The result of this collaboration is distinctive typeface that contains 15 Stylistic Sets with a lot of alternative characters. We also developed some of the most common Dutch digraphs in form of Discretionary Ligatures which brings us to number of almost 500 glyphs in total.
Eeelko typeface supports extended Latin languages.
